From the founder
Niles, MI
A seasoned drummer passionate about teaching the craft. Aaron built Drum Buddy to make drumming approachable for the curious, engaging for the committed, and social for everyone who wants to find their groove.
The mission: keep improving the app, grow a community of drummers, and help people everywhere experience the joy of playing drums.
Got a real kit?
Clip an EAD module to your bass drum — it mics the whole kit, triggers the kick and sends one clean stereo mix into Drum Buddy. No module? Your phone mic works. Follow the setup guide, hit record, and keep the take.
